We are
celebrating our 20th anniversary, and to mark this auspicious occasion we have
dug through our history books and found the most delicious curry spice
blend, as first published in 1878! It is a faithful replication of the spice
blend publicised by Colonel Kenney-Herbert and it will make a delicious
curry.
There is the original ‘mild’ blend - very tasty and with that
quintessential curry taste, or a ‘hot’ version with more of a chilli
kick.
The recipe is on the back of the pack and is very easy to follow. True
to its Victorian origins, it is a highly versatile blend which will turn
gluts and leftovers into a fabulous curry. We have tested it
extensively, and it has proved a hit with all, including kids and more
cautious curry eaters.
